By accessing our website, booking engine, or purchasing any travel services from us, you (“Travel Agent/Agency”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These conditions govern all B2B transactions between Templemitra.com (ASIPL) and registered travel agencies for the purpose of reselling travel packages to their clients.
1. Definitions
Company / We / Us: Refers to Templemitra.com (ASIPL), the B2B travel package supplier.
Agent / You: The travel agency or travel professional availing services for resale.
End Customer / Client: The customer of the travel agency for whom the booking is made.
Services: Travel packages, hotel bookings, transportation, pilgrimage tours, and other travel-related services offered.
2. B2B Relationship
- All products supplied are intended for resale by travel agencies only.
- The Agent acts as an intermediary between the Company and its clients.
- The Company is not responsible for any commitments, discounts, or representations made by the Agent to their clients beyond what is officially communicated.
3. Registration & Account Responsibility
- Agents must provide valid business details, KYC documents, and contact information.
- Login credentials must be kept confidential; misuse may lead to suspension.
- The Agent is responsible for ensuring that all information shared with clients is accurate and up to date.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are net B2B rates, exclusive of GST or any applicable taxes unless specified.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, seasonality, and supplier changes.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless written credit arrangements exist.
- Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of payment.
- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in cancellation policies.
5. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made through our official portal, email, or authorized sales representative.
- Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- The Agent must verify all details (names, dates, itinerary) before confirming with the client.
- Any modifications after confirmation may attract additional charges.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary by hotel, transport, airline, and package type.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the Agent, not to the end customer.
- Processing time for refunds is typically 7–21 working days. No refunds are provided for:
- No-show by the client
- Last-minute cancellations
- Any cancellation requests comes within 7 days of trip starts date
- Partial utilization of services
- Cancellation & refund would be as per cancellation policy of Templemitra.com ( ASIPL)
7. Responsibilities of the Travel Agent

The Agent must:
- Share accurate information with clients.
- Ensure clients meet travel requirements (ID, permits, medical fitness, etc.).
- Handle all pre- and post-sales communication with their clients.
- Collect payments from their clients; the Company will not be involved.
- The Agent is responsible for any disputes, claims, or grievances raised by their clients.
8. Responsibilities of the Company
- Provide confirmed bookings as per package details once payment is received.
- Offer support for booking-related queries.
- Notify the Agent in case of changes in itinerary, availability, or conditions due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, strikes, political events, etc.).
9. Liability & Limitations
- The Company acts as a facilitator between the Agent and various third-party suppliers (hotels, transporters, airlines, pilgrimage boards). The Company shall not be held liable for:
- Delays or cancellations due to weather or natural calamities.
- Third-party service failures.
- Loss, injury, accident, or damage during the trip.
- Travel documents or permit issues.
- Maximum liability of the Company is limited to the booking amount paid to us by the Agent.
10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure of services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, political unrest, or governmental restrictions.
11. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [Insert City/Court Name] only.
